the creek house is a proposed housing unit for senior living that focuses on material and formal simplicity in combination with daylight and biophilic deployments. the lack of transitions between materials on the floor, linear organization of spaces, and pleasant exposure to waterfront and foliage create a dwelling well attuned to independent living for seniors without robbing them of their sovereignty.
